I like that they are individually wrapped and I had high hopes for these on vacation, as my system tends to move slow. They do taste chalky, yes, but they are not bad. I just found that they didn't work with my system. I'll keep searching for something that is gentle and effective.

Well, these are pricier than taking tablets, but mom loves them and they work well. My mother takes a lot of pills so Dulcolax - in all forms - have been really helpful. Whether you take these chews, the liquid, or the tablets, just make sure you drink plenty of water with them. She says these taste great and she likes that she can bring them wherever she goes. They work well for her. The results aren't instant, but they work quickly enough.

I think these are better for kids two take and it did nothing I had to take the pill form the next day. It doesn't taste bad at all and it doesn't give you cramps.
