Love this toaster!!! Recently renovated my kitchen and toaster looks beautiful on the counter!! Also works great!!! No complaints!!!

I bought one for my parents a couple of years ago and it was a hit! They have loved it! It has worked great. This year I decided to get one for myself. Just past my 60 day return window, however, the middle elements stopped working. No matter the setting, it is only the other elements that come on. Meaning I have to toast things twice??? I reached out to Revolution store here, and never heard back. Waste of money. I’m going to keep trying to get ahold of them. Three stars because my parents had a 5-star experience and I had a 1-star experience.UPDATE:Revolution replaced it and the new one is functioning as it should!!! Yay! Love it once more. Great customer service and great product. Five stars

Of course, TikTok made me buy it! LOL! But seriously, it looks great in my newly remodeled kitchen and really cooks/toasts/warms up my breads, waffles and bagels perfectly and evenly! I've had some really cheap toasters in my time and have always been disappointed with the uneven toasting because one of the elements within the toaster burnt out, etc. This toaster is super smart and you can clearly see when your food is about to be done. There's three settings (warm, fresh, frozen) options for toasting so you're food is always cooked to perfection! The animated circle around on display when cooking lets you know know how far along your food is to being done. An audible sound plays when it's done so you don't have to keep watching it. When you're not using the toaster, the time displays. Where I have it in my kitchen, it's nice to have the time on that side of the room without having to turn around and look at my oven. The aesthetics are very nice and complimentary since all my appliances are stainless steel. It gives my kitchen this extra zhoosh up the place! I've been using it now for several months and have no complaints!

I bought this on prime day because my daughter uses the toaster so OFTEN, so I knew she would love this. The big digital screen, picking what you are toasting and how toasty you want it. It came in and I was so excited! I plugged it up to use it, and the heating element didn’t work at all. Frustrated, but sometimes you get a lemon, so i figured I would get a replacement and try again.Replacement came in and I tried it out first thing. Worked great. Wonderful! I set the time on it and continued on. That’s where the next problem started. It does NOT hold time. You set the time and it never keeps up. By a week later, it was off by 15 minutes. I put the time back on, and it wasn’t a few days later that it was back off again. Ugh, ok, still keeping it because I didn’t get it to tell time.Well, then, I was going to make my daughter a bagel and I put it in. Bagel goes down, and what do you know but the heating element does not work again. This time I realize that it’s not a randomIncident, but just really bad manufacturing and not worth anywhere near the $300 price tag.Looks wise, it looks cool and I got a compliment on it, but functionality wise, STAY AWAY. This product is not worth the money and I hate to say it’s junk, but it’s junk. The manufacturers have a LONG way to go with this product. A LONG WAY TO GO

So, a $300 toaster...really! Yes!So, I wanted a new toaster for my new kitchen. I wanted something cool. I ran across this toaster. And it is cool! Right!Now... Does it do what they claim? $300 is a lot of money for a 2 Slice Toaster.The short answer is Yes, it does what they claim. I love it! I’ve seen the reviews about bagels not looking like the picture. And that did happen to me... until I changed a setting to Large Bagels.It’s hard to imagine what a smart toaster is. But I think they nailed it with making it toast well. Now... you say toast well!Imagine your toaster experience. You toast everyday and each time you fell like you have to watch the toaster so it won’t burn! That’s solved! Really. And what you toast looks close to the picture displayed.And it does toast faster!So, I say give it a try if you are looking for a premium toaster!

We love it! Is it worth the price we paid for it? Probably not in all honesty. But once you buy it it doesn’t seem to really matter. It’s a great conversation piece and it looks so much more modern and aesthetically pleasing than a regular toaster. My ONLY complaint is that if you toast something, and then toast something again immediately after, then the second batch gets a little burnt. But I found that if you just put the toast setting to 1 the second time, it toasts just right. Kind of silly to pay so much for something that doesn’t toast correctly all the time, but we still love it.

Had issue with it the first time I used. The bread would not go down to the toasting level. Unplugged a couple times and still didn’t work. Called the company and they told me to take a pic of the serial number and send to them. The next day I unplugged the unit again for 20 minutes. Plugged back in and it worked great. A few days later I got a call from the company asking me if I had taken a pic of the serial number yet. Told them the toaster worked great. I have a lot of respect for a company that does that. Purchased 2 more for Xmas gifts after that.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Absolutely love this toaster. A little expensive but works like a charm.

Toaster black screened and died a month after buying it, it’s been used maybe ten times. Crashed mid pop tart and won’t turn on now… I will update my review with how good or bad the exchange goes. Edit: revolution customer service was great and they got me a replacement toaster in no time. Their customer service reflected the cost of the toaster.

CONS: Used this for a week with different types of toast and bagels (all toasting elements were checked and working). Actual browning was nothing even remotely close to the colour selector. A single piece could simultaneously have white/untoasted spots and near burnt spots - the worst actual toaster I've ever had regardless of price. There are only 7 toasting levels, with no finer adjustments (even a sliding selector on cheap toaster is better for this). The LCD screen has 3 brightness levels - on low, you can barely read the screen, on high, it lights up the whole kitchen at night (and you can't set it to turn off). There is no memory for the last thing you toasted, so every time you toast something you have to select the type (toast, bagel, etc) as well as the colour before you can hit Start - an annoyance if you are used to toasting, say, the same loaf of bread all the time.PRO(?): Toasted bread was still soft and moist underneath the toasting, very unusual. Also, areas that appeared burnt did not taste burnt in the least for some reason. But these unusual elements did produce even, poor toasting in general as mentioned above.Sadly, the bottom line is this a terrible toaster at any price. I wanted to like it, but a screen cannot justify the $460Cdn price, and the fact that the 'upgraded' model costs $750Cdn and only adds some extra program settings is even more outrageous/offensive.
