Good tea - got for my sister. She said it needed to be stronger - had to use two teabags, but the taste was what she remembered.

Arrived opened and one tea bag missing
The product is one of my faves, and I highly recommend the tea. However, this is the second box I’ve gotten in a row that was damaged/open. This time, a bag is missing (only included 23, not 24). When I try to use Amazon to get this information on record to receive a credit or replacement, I’m simply told it cannot be returned, to see the policy. I just want what I paid for and to have some confidence this consumable product is safe. If the seller could please contact me directly, I would very much like to set this right.

Horrible ripped package
The tea is ok, but the boxes came completely destroyed. The outside package was ok. Disappointed for such an expensive tea. Will not buy from this seller again.
