Not the movie I was looking for, but that's my fault for ordering the wrong title.

The buying experience was great. I have no knowledge of the quality of the movie as this was a gift requested by a strange, reclusive friend who worships tonya.

This happens to be my favorite B-movie...mainly because Valerie Wildman is one of my favorite actresses. But you should all be warned...this DVD release is very poor. The picture looks like a warped videocassette, and the subtitles are laughably inacurrate. If you want this movie on an official DVD, order the version from Panorama Entertainment. You'll most likely have to order it from someone in Hong Kong or Japan, like I did, but it is worth it (it's hard to find now, but keep looking). It's an official Asian release. The picture is quite good (full-frame), and the subtitles are correct (optional English or Chinese). The cover is slightly different (I will add a customer image on this page) from the poor release Amazon is pushing. It's dark blue with Chinese writing under the title (in English). And it has a purple-ish warning label at the bottom, warning about explicit content. It is the unrated/uncut version of the film. The case says that it is region 3, but it is actually region 0 NTSC.Update: I found a website that sells the good version I mentioned above. The DVD is still in print as of today (8-17-09). I can't give the exact URL on here, but the company is "Play-Asia". The catalog number of the DVD (if you want to look elsewhere) is "PANDVD305032".

It's not even that high quality in editing and production values.It IS however a reasonably well scripted and interestingly convoluted thriller. for the plot minded it is well directed and realistically acted out right up to the closing frame.Throw in to this a not unappealing cast and reasonably entertaining nudity - i.e. not all soft focus, lovey dovey clichéd back shots and side angles and body shots cut to head shots - and you've got an enjoyable film. whether or not this the 'cut to ribbons' or the 'full on cut' I have no idea. I don't know how people find these things out. However it's eminently enjoyable harmless fun. On the subject of different cuts why are there so many versions? Id o find that irritating. you never quite know if you're watching a coherent version or something cut to the point it makes less sense.ACID TEST: would I buy/watch again/recommend YES

This was a copied version that was not impressive. I suggest you look elsewhere to purchase a copy of this movie.

Dies ist ein Erotik-Thriller der in typischer 90er Weise insziniert ist. Es galt das Motto "Sex & Crime". Dies ist hier recht gut gelungen. Man kann den Film auch neben den Erotikszenen ansehen ohne, dass er einem sinnlos vorkommt. Das oft benutzte Thema "Mann betrügt Ehefrau und diese fürchtet , dass er sie umbrigen will" wird hier routiniert rübergebracht.Im Mittelpunkt steht aber eindeutig, der eigentliche 80er "Star" Tanya Roberts. Sie zeigt sich hier noch in guter (körperl.) Form und die Sexszenen sind für damalige Verhältnisse überzeugend und heiss.Alles in allem , wenn man Freund von solchen Filmen ist, und kein Niveau von "Basic Instinct" erwartet, eine durchaus nette Sache für zwischendurch.

This dvd has incorrect title on front cover ; this is infact Inner Sactum 2 : The Sequel as stated on reverse cover and the disc itself !
