Good - strurdy but over priced(?)
A good product - but feel it is over priced. The supplier was supportive and delivered ahead of schedule (on my request). Producct came well packed and a good lock. Easy to manage as key can be inserted either side.

Key problem
The lock is good, but the keys have problem. When we insert the keys the it get stuck.and didn't come out easily

Quality product, however not as secure as they want us to think
We have been using Europa locks since a long time. They are very well made. However the manufacturer wants to give us a false sense of security with the description on the back of the product. The description says that duplicate keys cannot be made anywhere but the factory. That is not at all true. Most of the keymakers now a days have a dimple key duplication machine. And making a duplicate key costs just Rs. 50 - Rs. 100. One more wrong description is the "unpickable-ness" of the lock. These locks can be very easily picked with the basic lock picking tools.

Very good
Very strong. The padlock is bit thicker than I thought, doesn’t Fit my gate’s padlock holder. But I love the lock so much that I brought a chain to hold the gate closer ... hehehe....

Good for residential purposes
Mediam size good for residential purposes, I am not sure for shops and commercial.

Best Lock against house theft, Do not buy Godrej ones.
This is the best lock I have ever used. I replaced it with my old Chinese locks which the thieves had broken by using cow-bar. The best part is that it is produced in India and all support is provided by company like Key replacement etc. Also it gives 4 keys which is so helpful for making extra sets for family members and as backup. Do not buy similar Godrej locks, as many reviews have highlighted issues with quality.
