The AF2-MW is Medium Size Wall Installation. Wall Tunnel is included. Review: Still A Great Choice - This may be a bit costly but itโs a well made heavy duty dog door. With two large doodles, one that comes flying in the door like a bull in a china closet itโs been a great choice. I love how thick the flap is and how good it seals when shut. Itโs really worth the extra to just get a great door to begin with that has a heavy duty flap that can take a licking and keep on ticking as they say. Very simple to install, wall installation and well worth buying. I highly recommend. UPDATE: door is still working after a couple years, Iโve only had a couple issues in the years weโve had it. One, the very bottom magnet that goes across the bottom came off but the sides still keep it sealed and Two, every great once in a while a screw on the side of the flap will get loose and keep the door from opening which can be frustrating but I just screw it back in and itโs good. I would like to find out from the company if you can order just a couple of the links to replace ones that mess up that would be great. All in all itโs still a great choice for big dogs! Review: Annoying setup but great wuality - Took me a minute and another person to get this set up correctly. I have 5 dogs so I needed something that was gonna last and keep a good seal for the Texas heat. The dogs have no problem going in and out even though it is a bit heavier than our last dog door which was the plastic kind. It is a bit noisy but I like it cause I can tell when they go out into the yard. Very secure and have had no worries regarding coming loose or anything of the sort. I will add pics later once I clean it up a bit. As I said, they get lots of use from it.

Poor engineering
$500+ with wall tunnelโฆ.its not worth the money or the time. Don't bother with the wall tunnel. It might fit a 2x6 wall depending on your cladding but any other dimensions and it is a bigger pain in the ass. The wall tunnel is powder coated aluminum held together by some brackets. You will have to calk the entire thing to keep it water tight good luck with that. For this price gaskets could have been engineered. Additionally the tunnel it is made to be sandwiched between the two frames. No bolts connect the frames and the tunnel. Incidentally both doors are different dimensions so make sure your measurements are good. At the end of the day do not get this kit. If you do just frame it in like a window it will be way easier. But considering the plastic security door, the screws that are not white, not even caps provided, the lack of gaskets, the lack of a system to tie everything together to make installation easier and the terrible instructionsโฆ.. Do not get this. You had better know what your doing itโs an advanced DYI project and over priced: Update the bottom portion of the flap broke. Two emails for Warranty replacement sent with no reply. Each email a month apart. Two calls to the company and no one answers. Message was left. We will see. Buyer beware.

Itโs amazing, buy it!
Bought and installed this door 5 years ago and it is literally amazing! If I moved I would 100% buy it again! This door has been a life saver and the best thing Iโve ever had purchased for my dog! My dog loves it and can come and go whenever he pleases. Itโs air tight and absolutely no rain/snow comes in and I live in Wisconsin. No critter can get in either. This door is worth it!

Good quality, but needs minor adjustments soon after install
I have had this door installed for a little over a year now. I have 2 large dogs who use the door constantly. The install was simple and it looks very good. Even with strong winds, it keeps the cold and heat out, and it's easy to slide the security door in place if you want it closed. It also looks very nice from the inside and out. After about a month of use, the felt trim started to pull away from the sides, towards the bottom, and the bottom of the door where the magnets are located was coming apart. If I would have left it alone, the bottom rail that allows the door to close and seal would have come completely apart, and it would have been difficult to impossible to repair. I put some JB Quickweld epoxy on the ends of the bottom of the door (very little, you can't see it unless you are very close) and I used some trim epoxy, very lightly on the felt, and stuck it back to the sides. After about 20 minutes everything set and I let the dogs at it again. I have not had any issues since then, with anything. The price of this door is a tad high, but to purchase a nice dog house, or other similar quality doors, is not any less. I wish it would not have had any issues, but the fix was simple, cheap, and easy. Overall, I am happy with the door which is why I gave it 4 starts.

Great dog door.
Great looking dog door. I found it was taller than a normal medium size. Wish I would of had the room on my wall to get this installed. Delivery was prompt and packaging was great.

Dose not come with a cut-out template but that wasn't a deal breaker with me but still wish it did
Dose not come with a cut-out template but that wasn't a deal breaker with me but still wish it did due to having to install few of them in the past. Got a large for my 2yr lab he's a little shy of it right now but are 8 month old is loving her freedom. We have two others different brands one for are screen door and one for are enclosed patio there about 25 years old hope hopefully this will last as long. We feel no draft going through the door but yet again it goes to are enclosed patio.

Disappointed
Screws on flap fell out and no longer "bite" leaving a gap for insects to come in. Cloth weather stripping has started to tear away from usage so flap no longer seals tightly. After spending almost $600 I expected it to last longer than just 2 years.
