My blood work showed I was Vitamin D deficient and doctor indicated I needed a supplement. I can no longer swallow those dry “horse pills” typical of too many supplements (and probably take hours to break down in the stomach), and cause upset stomach. THESE are CHEWABLE, PLEASANT TASTING, (not chalky), And Do the Job! THEY come in different strengths, so you might want to check with your dr. Before choosing. (My husband takes the stronger dose per his dr.) I take it weekly, and my bloodwork is now ‘spot on’! It maybe a little more expensive, but my husband and I agree, it’s worth every penny! We Highly Recommend!!

I love the Replesta vitamin D high dose wafers. They actually helped raised my vitamin D levels, however I had to go back to using the 50,000 IU as the 14,000 wasn't providing enough for me. It's a great way to up your Vitamin D level if yours is low. My doctor was even impressed and just told me to keep using it instead of calling in an Rx for me. The flavor is good, no bitter taste, and you chew 1 wafer once a week. Highly recommend it, but suggest starting with the 50,000 IU. Then maintain with the 14,000 if it gives you enough. Have your D level checked by Dr.

This is an awesome product, it has helped me out greatly. My Vitamin D was extremely low and I had no energy. Since I started taking this and the other changes I’ve made I feel so much better. Vitamin D is important for so many things, blood work should be done to verify your levels before taking it though. Stay healthy. D

Product meets the daily requirement of vitamin D without taking it every day. Take it once a week in a easy to chew, tasty wafer and you're done. Only problem is that it's hard to find. Most pharmacies don't carry it and have to order it for you. Thank you Amazon for your ability to get it and send it to me fast. Being that it's taken once a week, sometimes I forget to take it. But that's okay. I can take it the next day.

My doctor recommended these as I had such low vitamin D levels. I started with the stronger version, then went down to this (to maintain my Vit D levels). Works like a charm, really helped me. It's also easy. You just consume one wafer a week - it tastes great. Great product!

Really has made an impact on my Vitamin D levels. It's so much easier to remember to take this than a daily dose. I continue to take them just check with our dr on dosage I had to play around with it since when I went from 50,000 to this one I actually need to take 2 of these a week now since it was too drastic.
