Whiskey Glass, Set of 4 in 4 Pack Gift Carton

Quick Delivery. At first I gave this 4 stars but as I wrote the review I realized I should give it 5. The glasses are PERFECT for enjoying whiskeys including bourbon and scotch. I was intrigued with this relatively new shaped glass. The bulb bottom allows some air to mingle over the drink and the small opening of the glass concentrates the "nose" of the whiskey so its distinct flavors are easier to discern than a wide low glasses that have been the tradition. The clear glass shows the color much like we want to see with wines. The heavy bottom makes the small glass easy for man-hands to hold but still compact enough for smaller lady-hands (me) to enjoy the liquor without feeling as if I'm holding on to a glass like I hold on to a softball (sports reference). My fingers are not spread apart holding a heavy tumbler. I am brand new to this family of liquors. With at trip to Scotland and England coming up in a few months I thought it time to have a cursory understanding of the flavors for when we go on 2 distillery tours. I received coaching that I should first start with a sweet bourbon, such as Maker's Mark,and then move forward with the complexity. Living in Chicago there are some whisky tasting classes that I will attend prior to the trip. These glasses were a great way to start on my own. I genuinely think the smaller opening gives me a greater appreciation for the nose of the liquor. There is also adequate room for water or ice. I initially gave it 4 stars because the quality of glass is standard. Once I started gushing in my review I recalled that the pricing is extremely reasonable so the ROI is high.

Imagina minha decepção quando recebi os quatro copos e eles não eram de cristão e sim de vidro....Não foi possível verificar a viscosidade do whisky justamente porque não é cristal. Então na descrição que são taças de cristal é falsa.

Excellent quality and in perfect condition. Bought as a gift so happy to be able to hand over. I have used this type of glass for years so hope they get as much enjoyment using them.
