Nice figure for the money. I am picky about my figures and prefer statues to jointed figures. Most Final Fantasy figures are jointed, so I was pleasantly surprised that this one was not. Good detail overall, but the one little part that attaches Cloud’s Buster Sword to his hand is a little weak, so don’t jostle the figure around too much. Obviously, seeing as this is a display item, it probably won’t be moving much anyway.

This statue is WAAAY taller than my other video-game-character figures (see photo for size comparison), but that’s probably why it was $64. That said………it’s awesome. (What else is there to say, really?) Whoever painted this statue, did so superbly. The sword does wobble a tiny bit in Cloud’s hand, once it’s installed, but really………where in the heck is this statue going, that such a small thing as that would even be an issue? NOWHERE. That’s where. All in all - one of the best bangs that I’ve ever gotten for my buck.

The quality is good and it looks close to the photo. Only problem is that the sword sticks out a lot and his face looks a little weird in my opinion, but other than that it's good.

Figure looked great but the package was damaged. There was a crack and a hole in the front plastic of the box. Also the box was sent in a plastic bag and no protection from going through the delivery.

Justo como la esperaba. Calidad y precio está muy bien. El no haber alcanzado la edición del remake Soldado 1ra clase por haberse agotado me había dejado un sabor amargo pero esta figura llenó ese vacío. 100% recomendable e imprescindible para cualquier fan de Final Fantasy VII.

Finally, Square Enix are doing actual statues (Static-Arts is what the higher quality line is called) and not just over priced figures in the Play-Arts line. I have been wanting statues of FF for years, and it is good to have a Cloud that looks exactly as he should. I have a few dozen Figure-arts, as I love Final Fantasy, but was always irked by the joints and how flimsy a lot of them were. Sculpt is great, capturing Cloud ready to lunch into battle, or at the end of a Victory Pose? you decide? Paint job is great, more so on his trousers. Tank top has a bit too much sheen to it. His left shoulder 'pauldron' is painted to give a metallic look, as his is iron vambrace . His hair may have been given a overly gloss paint but that I guess is to keep it lookin golden and not a mousy blonde that older Figure-Arts of Cloud I own looked like. Arguable the best detail--and ironically the least viewable as it is hidden by the pose-- is the Buster sword. Really well sculpted and painted. Not pristine, has some chipping along the blade to give it the--not to hang on a wall sword look. All in all, I probably paid 20ish $AUD overs on this statue, I missed out on its original run due to unforeseen circumstances that took priority, but was really glad while pursing Amazon late one night, this popped up and was an instant by--to see it some up again in "Buy it Again" 15$ cheaper... sigh, such is life!! A must own for any Final Fantasy fans, long timers like myself of 3 decades, or those new to the series due to the Remake.
