Great for DIYs
I add this Stinging Nettle powder to my Organic Moringa and Nupur Henna Plus 9 Powder to make a deep conditioner (Henna gloss) and my hair loves it. I use little less than a tablespoon and because this nettle powder is super fine so it easily blends with my other powders. It’s a great powder — I won’t be using any other!!

It's not bad at all. Mixes well with room temperature or hot water with honey. It has a nice flavor to it, it isn't bitter. Try a detox lemonade drink with cranberry concentrate, lemon juice, & liquid chlorophyll. Very liver + gut supporting & it helps detox excess estrogen!

Dissolves Well With A Pleasant Flavor
It has a nice flavor. It seems to have a mint like flavor mixed with fresh greens. It smells very similar to the brand of alfalfa I take. It dissolves well in plain room temperature water when stirred.
