This was a Christmas gift and it came with one of the hinges broken but did clamp to lock so the gift was kept because that pushed aside was perfectly what she wanted.

A large tool box was on the Christmas list. I was very happy with the quality and price of this tool box. If it came in pink I think I could use it for crafting supllies. The various sizes of storage spaces makes it very versatile. You can separate into two pieces if you only need to take a portion of your tools, but if everything is needed it has wheels and a second handle that comes up similar to luggage. It is easy to move around. I wonder if there shouldn't be latches to secure the top to the bottom section; but maybe once tools are inside they wouldn't be needed.

I bought this toolbox to help organize my baking/decorating supplies rather home improvement tools and I will say it does definitely get the job done. The images don’t really specify how many parts it comes in but it does detail it in the description having a second tray within the top compartment. The compartment on the front of the top section is also completely removable and some compartments are adjustable within it to suit your needs. In terms of durability I can see where this toolbox can be a problem for those lugging heavy duty materials and frequent movement. The hinges for the top lid are slightly flawed and pop out if opened too rough but they pop right back into place. Haven’t had anything break as of yet but the material is of questionable durability, the entire piece is seemingly made of plastic. The size is just about the size of a carry on suitcase, not small but not particularly large either. Its size allows for storage without the cost of space. Due to its trays and multiple compartments it does fit a lot of tools and small items, making it perfect for those that just want to organize any home tools/screws. The third wheel in the front allows for easy movement without necessarily tilting it onto the two main wheels and the optional extension of the top handle allows for better movement control but be wary about weight distribution within the toolbox. Due to the type of plastic the hinges will only support so much so be careful not to overload the toolbox. Overall I greatly recommend this toolbox for those that are doing craftwork and smaller tool work in homes/apartments. I would rate it a 4.5, losing half a star mainly due to the nature of its durability. The toolbox has the potential to work well for those that move around a lot and can serve other uses than just lugging around handyman tools. I really like this toolbox. I bought it for my piano touch-up business so I could have a more mobile workstation and so I would have a toolbox that would hold all I would need for a touch-up job. The only thing that I wish were different about it, is that it would be deeper by 3 inches. The height and width are perfect for what I need, I just need it to be a little more deep, especially in the pull out bin on the bottom. It is put together well and has tons of space. For what I can tell, it is made out of high quality plastic. I feel that it is more sturdy than my plastic "craftsman" toolbox that I have been using. I would recommend this product for anyone who needs a mobile toolbox/workstation. I would also buy this again if I had to.

The design is best on the market. Materials of construction are cheap and shoddy. Plastic pins are used to hold the handle and top lid in place. The top compartment snaps into slots. ALL failed with first few uses. I replaced the plastic lid hinge with a continuous piano hinge that I riveted in place. I fastened the top compartment to the base with 1/4" machine bolts. The top handle folds up with a slide latch. That broke and I fabricated a metal bracket to replace it. Now, I've got a damn fine carrier! If the manufacturer would take care of the problems I've identified, they would have the best tool cart available. Love the compartments. I would like the bottom drawer to be a little deeper, however. As for price, if the construction was upgraded as I've described here (and it can: they used an inferior grade of plastic for most construction and should use metal where I've noted), it would be worth the price.

Great form factor love how much it can store and how easy it is to transport. But the durability is questionable. I have two of these and they are both limping along the latches and handles falling apart.

Oh my goodness. I love it. I have so many tools and so many places, with this I am able to have everything on one place. So awesome!!!

La calidad no es muy buena y por momentos no embona bien para cerrarla porque el plástico es muy suave, y la llanta delantera en vez de ayudar perjudica porque si quieres abrir la caja y apoyarla en la pared esa llanta hace que se deslice tu caja.

I use it for lightweight arcade parts. Sturdy enough for my needs. Wheels make it easy to move around. Its a decent product.
