The 6-1/2inch Replacement Recliner Sofa Chair Mechanism Tension Spring is a perfect replacement spring for my sofa recliner. It fit well, and installed easily. The price for a 2 pack is quite reasonable.

Worked great on pull out sleeper sofa.
Worked great to replace the weak springs in my pull out sleeper sofa bed. They were the same length with the straight extentions on the ends of the spring. Made quite a bit of difference.

Perfect repair!
One of our recliners had a spring broken on it. Since the chair was in excellent shape other than that, and we like to take care of possessions, I ordered these springs. I regret not rating this earlier, as it has been three years or more since repair and they have held up well. I do remember my husband (over 65, but in good shape) had a little struggle getting springs in place, but succeeded after a couple of tries. Quality excellent.
