What a great item, revised better than OEM.
Took about 90 seconds to install this filter, plastic top that accepts 1/2" drive made it real easy to install and use a torque wrench to tighten to exact specs (older unit used a screwdriver to install, could not use a torque wrench)

Good filter, fit a 97 7.3
Good quality filter, fit my 97 7.3 perfect. Never have a leak. Make sure to line up the threads before torquing on the lid, don’t won’t to cross thread it.

Easer than OEM to install
The cap is attached to the filter housing, don't worry about the filter falling out during the install, has 1/2" drive to tighten it down. Cheaper than OEM. I am using veggie oil, so I've been changing these about every 500 miles.
