I searched for a long time for a chemical green healthy deodorant. I tried some of other natural deodorants, and they really didn’t work for me. The cream type ones just were gross and inconvenient to apply, and ones like Native often have “fragrance” ingredients that are really just ways to hide chemicals that are bad for you. My girlfriend made me throw the salt deodorant I tried out when she smelled it haha (smelled like BO). This one however is awesome! Smells amazing, like a spruce and pine forest. It will start out a smelling strong, but it does fade a bit by the end of the day. However, even when it fades it leaves a very pleasant and neutral sent! No BO. If you’re heavy handed applying it you can sometimes see a little white residue or it can rub off on clothes, but it washes out very easily in the wash.

Best natural deodorant that I've ever tried. Smells absolutely incredible and doesn't irritate my skin like others (Tom's gave me a horrible rash). I tried several other natural deodorants on the market and this is leagues above the rest. My cousin had the "Palo Santo & Frankincense". I tried it once and loved it so much that I bought the variety 3-pack. That's still my favorite scent, but a close second is the "Lavender & Holy Basil" which in my opinion smells like gin (in a really great way). Admittedly, the "Texas Cedarwood & Grapefruit" is a little more subtle/tame in comparison (if you know and love the smell of cedar this might disappoint; and I honestly couldn't smell grapefruit at all). But 2 out of 3 is pretty solid!

I bought this for my 13-year-old son because he had started noticing body odor after being outside or being active. I wanted to avoid deodorants with aluminum, and his body odor wasn’t very strong, so I thought we’d give this one a try. He’s been using it for about a month, and he says it’s made a noticeable difference. He no longer complains about smelling his own body odor after being outside. It doesn’t stop him from sweating, but it does a good job controlling the odor, which is exactly what we were looking for. It is more expensive than many other deodorants, but I’ve found that cleaner products often cost a little more. Overall, we’re very happy with his first deodorant and would buy again until it no longer control the smell.

I’ve tried nearly every “clean” deodorant brand and hated every one. I settled with Native because it was the lesser of the evils, but even their deodorant was mostly ineffective and the scents made me feel ill. So I gave this a try and I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is still hunting for a more natural option that actually works. The formula is very impressive. It’s not dry but also not slimy. One swipe held up amazingly during my everyday activities, and even while working out and running. It did leave a some marks on my darker shirts, but nothing too horrible. The scent is very pleasant. It’s not overpowering and it doesn’t make my sweat smell worse, like all the other natural deodorants do. However, on the topic of scent, I took away a star because their advertising is not completely honest. You might be led into thinking as I was, that the fragrance was obtained 100% from essential oils. Not entirely the case. They brag that they use no artificial fragrance, yet from the ingredients list it appears that the lovely frankincense smell is achieved mainly by unnamed “fragrance” (like all the other companies). But, there are some fragrance ingredients that ARE from essential oils in here, which is great and I’m impressed! I’m seriously nitpicking, but I wish companies were just upfront about the contents. Besides that, the ingredients are impressively clean! And of course, no aluminum is great. Overall, I would highly recommend this product! I will be ordering more again in the future, despite the not entirely pure scents 🥴

It's always been hard to find an all natural deodorant that actually works. I cannot use any products that contain baking soda because I'm allergic to it. For years I was buying jasmine tea deodorant from Schmidt's, absolutely loved it. Baking soda free, all natural. However they discontinued that particular one. In fact it's become hard to find any sensitive skin deodorants on their website anymore. So shopping around on Amazon, I ran across this lavender humble deodorant. Sensitive, no baking soda. So I figured I would give it a shot. First of all the price was much lower than all the other natural deodorants other companies are asking for. The scent smells great, I had no skin irritation and it worked all day, absolutely no body odor whatsoever. I live in Miami, it is July, very hot and humid. I work out in the gym and I work in my yard daily, and I also cycle on my bike. Needless to say I sweat a lot, I had no issues with odor. I am 100% sold and happy that I stumbled across this product. Update, August 1st 2025, as of a couple weeks ago I started getting irritation. I don't know if it's the lavender or something else that's causing it, I purposely got the sensitive skin / no baking soda and yet it still causing irritation. I really wish I could just find a deodorant that works that does not give me any type of irritation. Unfortunately Schmidt's sensitive skin jasmine tea deodorant has been discontinued, wouldn't you know it. Oh well, just my experience. Update, I ordered the Bergamot and Ginger, the mountain lavender give me a horrible rash, I'm thinking it's the lavender. But the new one I got is great, for sensitive skin, I apply it after my shower in the evening and I reapply it in the morning when I get up. It has not agitated my skin whatsoever and it really works. Remember everyone is different. I spent 3 hours out in the yard working, was sweating like no tomorrow here in the hot Miami Sun. And after all that, I still did not smell whatsoever. Thank God, finally! The scent smells like the yellow starburst, but it's not overpowering.

This is my favorite brand of deodorant after trying all the natural brands. Know if you leave it in warm spaces it will melt and leaves white marks on your clothes. Still better than all the others and smells divine.

I feel so torn writing this review. I really love this product but at the same time have issues with it. I was using it every day for going on 3 months (was almost done with my stick). At first I absolutely loved it. I have been using natural aluminum free deodorants for a couple years now trying to find the perfect one for me and that has been quite the journey. For the first few weeks, I thought my long journey was finally over and I was beyond happy. The deodorant smells great, goes on very easy, feels nice on. You only need a couple swipes with the stick because this stuff is very creamy and covers well. It does form little lumps in your armpit crease if you put a little too much on but that's not a big deal, you can either rub it back in or just take them off. First few weeks this worked great to cover up sweat smells. I shower every day so I don't have bad B.O. and the entire time I've been using this has been winter in Wisconsin so extreme heat hasn't been a issue. After about 2-3 weeks I noticed my armpits started developing a skunk like smell. (No changes to my diet, I don't take medications, nothing changed). I ignored it at first but over the next week it got stronger and even faintly lingered on my armpits AND my towel after I showered and scrubbed my armpits. I don't have any armpit hair so it wasn't lingering because of that reason. I started getting really self-conscious about it and even bought exfoliating scrubs, used clay and charcoal masks on my armpits, scrubbed with washcloths, buff brushes, pumice stones, even my nails... But the skunk like smell always lingered faintly after a shower. The lavender scent of this deodorant covered it during the day, but around night time and especially the next morning it was bad. What ended up making me stop using this deodorant is my boyfriend told me one morning that he had a hard time sleeping next to me in bed because my armpits smelled. That day I stopped using this deodorant and switched back to my previous deodorant (Crystal brand roll-on lavender) that I had left. It took a couple days/showers but I noticed the skunky smell started getting better and now a week later, it is completely gone. I have to agree with another reviewer here, I think this stuff clogged my pores and that was why I couldn't get the smell to go completely away. I looked online what causes sweat to smell like a skunk and apparently it's a certain type of bacteria. All I know is that I never had this problem in the past. PRO: Unlike some natural deodorants, this stuff was pretty gentle on my skin. I have eczema and some deodorants have caused rashes and swollen lymph nodes. I thankfully didn't have any skin issues while using this product. I am very happy that some people have great success with this brand and product. I loved it too for the first few weeks and I was excited to test out the other scents. Now I'm not sure what to do because I do not want my pores clogged up again. I would definitely try the Humble brand again in the future if they made a different version of their deodorants that addressed this issue, since I know it's not just me.

Glides smoothly. Bergamot ginger scent reminds me of limes. I don't love the scent but it dissipates in a few minutes. When I first opened the deodorant it had a long crack down but didn't crumble or affect function. My only complaint is the stick doesn't retract. I have to press it down after every use before replacing the cap.

Deodorante meraviglioso, ha un profumo travolgente che rimane addosso per giorni. Da quando lo uso non so più cosa significa puzzare di sudore.

Habe ich im Urlaub in Norwegen kennengelernt und war total froh, dass man es zumindest über Amazon beziehen kann. Riecht irre gut, aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Vertrage ich sehr gut (reagiere oft mit Ausschlag auf Deos). leider Teuer, aber es lohnt sich :-)
