Easy fix or zone number expansion
Typically the fail point with lightning damage to the controller. The sensor light will turn red which is the tell tail sign that something is wrong per Hunter Tech Support. OEM part. Worth trouble shooting versus controller replacement.

Beware, it's a gamble buying from this seller
Only 5 our of 6 work, one has power all the time, swapped out with other working modules to verify. Obviously this seller doesnt check to see if what he sells is working properly. Price was cheap but not worth the headache or time to troubleshoot why the zone stayed on. If I could give zero stars I would
