I love this broth and it's so convenient. It tastes better than any other broth I've tasted, and I've seen it in one of those taste test companies, it come out on top. I fully agree. It stays well in the fridge if you're just using a little and have some left over, or try pouring the rest of it into ice cube trays and freezing small amounts to use when you cook vegetables to add a little flavor. It's also great in stir fries to add flavor.The flavor is very much like my own made from chicken bones. It isn't too salty, it's just...well, I don't know how to describe it except it "tastes like chicken" and is really good.I use it for so much that I always have a lot on hand. Try it instead of water when cooking rice, or in soups instead of water. It really adds to the flavor. Our favorite way to use it is to make chicken soup with some chunks of chicken, veggies, and rice or noodles. It is such an excellent broth that we often make chicken soup with it.Our favorite though, is "hot pot". Put a kettle like the Presto kettle on the table with boiling Swanson broth in it and put together a large plate or a lot of tiny plates with different thinly sliced meats and veggies. Have a bowl of rice and a bowl or two of sauces in front of everyone. Give everyone fondue type sticks and let them spear something, cook it in the boiling broth for a few seconds, dip it in their sauce, and eat over their rice, thus flavoring the rice. Delicious! And you eat less, talk more, and have fun with dinner for a change.It's really versatile and tastes great and you'll have a lot on hand if you buy this case. I buy it frequently because I use it in so much.

Taste

My favorite broth for cooking or to just have a cup hot to sip on. I liked getting a case since I use at least 2 or 3 cartons a werk. The reduced salt is perfect so dishes are not oversalted.

I purchased these for a friend who is trying to supply a lean pantry. They are 32oz boxes - 12 pk. She uses these in dry bean soup mixes and other things. They are shelf stable and convenient.

This chicken broth can be used for so many cooking recipes.

I use this broth when I make creamy gravy.
