Does this include tocotrienols?

Yes it does have tocotrienols, I have use different brands of you for 40 years, I hope my heart has gotten some benefit, I’m still rocking it 73..

Are these softgels round or more long? I am having trouble with a version of these....and want a different size.

I haven't purchased the 400i.u. softgels in a while as I've increased my dosage to the 1000i.u. daily, which are oblong. My recollection is that the 400 i.u. are round and not oblong.
