The Wiggles: Here Comes the Big Red Car

Quality DVD and all children enjoy the Wiggles and their zany escapades. The kids will love following the Wiggles as they hop in the big red car and go on exciting adventures. Don't be surprised if the adults in your house start finding themselves singing the fun songs from the movie. Price was very reasonable and item was shipped quickly. The items were packaged very well and arrived in great condition.

My 1 and a half year old granddaughter really gets into this dvd, she dances and carriers on etc. and has a greater time watching it.she really loves it.This was a gift for her for xmas.She gets up real close to the screen and almost tries to get into the show and the car with them.

Like several other Wiggles titles this is a remake of an older video but luckily The Wiggles - Dance Party is available on DVD, it's their third video full of charm, self made sets, and Field brothers taking turns as Feathersword. Here Comes the Big Red Car hails from 2006 and the 11 year difference shows in the budget for sets and effects but it loses a star because of the adult annoyance. Are the Wiggles having a concert in front of a green screen? Are they and their friends having a concert in the Wiggle house kitchen? Or is it a beach party? They could have made two videos with a more cohesive theme.I like Paddy as Captain Feathersword in HCBRC better than Anthony's in Dance Party but a part of me wishes his crew would either get their own spin off already or get scurvy. Wiggles videos are supposed to be mostly Wiggles and some of their friends. The introductions to the songs aren't that necessary and the performances feel a bit stale compared to others. At the time Greg was in the midst of his then unknown illness and that might have had some affects too. If your kids are familiar with Sam they might wonder why he's there as a dancer and pirate instead of a proper Wiggle.My copy of this DVD came in the 3 pack The Wiggles - 3 Pack - Car/Time/Dance the remake of Wiggle Time is better with less effects and Greg's blissful Get Ready to Wiggle. You Make Me Feel Like Dancing with Sam is the third video not the original version of Dance Party. Here Comes the Big Red Car comes with extras, an illustrated story about Anthony painting his room, photos from the shoot, and a couple episodes of Lights Camera Action Wiggles.

I bought My 3yr old nephew this video for his birthday and he absolutely Loves it!!! He asks for it by name :). Keeps him busy for hours; he laughs, jumps and sings along with it from beginning to end. And when it's over...he says "AGAIN!!!" :D

This sure is not Barney ? I suppose it is "OK" ! For Me, I saw How hyper My Grand children became! Looking at a bunch of Young & Older Men jumping around making LOUD music is NOT a good way to teach Your Young Ones anything? All I got out of it is it makes younger Children start into bad Habits earlier! My Grown Sons knew More about these NO STORY DVDS than My Grandsons !

We choose this title because our youngest grandson had already been introduced to the Wiggles. We enjoy the songs and dancing as much as he does and it has become good exercise for two aging grandparents.

I ordered a set of the "old" wiggles DVDs for my daughter because I loved how they were really movement focused, like little kid exercise tapes, to help her get out her energy at the end of the day. I ordered this thinking it was a re-release of "Big Red Car" (which I couldn't find) as they had re-released much of the library for the 20 yr Celebration. It isn't a re-release, it's a remake. So pretty much all of the songs from the original but redone with the new wiggles (with much less exercise oriented choreography). If you are looking for "Big Red Car" this is NOT the DVD you want. You want "Dance Party" which is the American title for "Big Red Car". So disappointed...
