Originally got a pair of these from my podiatrist. Have since ordered multiple pairs for all my shoes. They're great for keeping my plantar fasciitis at bay.

These are great! I struggle with plantar fasciitis issues and these saved the day! I'm also picky about my shoes (I want to look stylish, ok?) so these are fantastic if you want to be comfortable and stylish. These were recommended by my foot doctor and they are worth every penny! They last a long time- I think my last pair lasted about 2 years in my converse which I wear 3-4 times per week. Note: if you have converse, rip the old insert out and just have these in there- you can't fit both comfortably.

I am a line cook working 9-5 during the week, and this new job has been busting my a$$. My feet have been killing me, and my ankle has been rolling due to lack of arch support. I got these off a recommendation and was skeptical at first to pay $70 for insoles, but the pain was bad enough that I had to do something. I have used these one day so far, and I already see a difference in my pain and may even end up not having to buy an ankle brace since the arch support with these is sufficient to keep my leg straight. Worth it.

These insoles solved my knee pain and plantar fasciitis issues. They were recommended by my podiatrist, and I’ve been using them in my Hoka Bondi 9 and Brooks Glycerin Max sneakers. Since switching to these insoles, I’ve been able to walk about 3 miles on pavement or on the treadmill without discomfort. They are definitely expensive, but for me, they’re worth every penny. My podiatrist told me they typically last around four months. So far, I’m very happy with them and would highly recommend them.

These have really helped my plantar fasciitis symptoms! They fit as described with no trimming needed. They’re super firm, providing the perfect arch support, while being super comfortable. I have a pair in my gym shoes and those obviously get very sweaty and hold smell badly. I’m not sure if I can machine wash them or not, and for that reason I give 4 stars. They are too expensive for me to try them in the washer, to find out that’s a bad idea!

I was hesitant about the reviews here, because I've owned custom orthotics for many years. I'm obese with very high arches, so no shoe works for me out of the box without causing major foot pain. My current orthotics have worn down to nothing, so I was faced with trying to find a doctor in my new location and paying several hundred bucks again, or trying something a little cheaper this time. I thought about the "custom" Dr. Scholls, but read a lot from podiatrists about how bad/overpriced they are. However, they had little bad to say about the Powerstep Protechs, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I've spent a lot of money on various OTC shoe inserts, and figured if anybody was going to be critical about these it would be me. Long story short, they are pretty great. There's a definite difference between these and a custom orthotic, noticeable as soon as you remove them from the box. Like most OTC inserts, they are quite thin and pliable. However, unlike all other OTCs, they actually remain rigid inside the shoe. They also don't rely on stupid padding/gels/etc. for "comfort", which I found refreshing. Those of us who have spent much time researching this stuff understand that gels provide comfort for about 30 minutes, at which point the structure itself is most important. There is a small bubble in the heel of the insert that seems to work like gel inserts - it provides a bit of shock absorption but not a ton. However, it's the structure that makes this thing so good. I doubt it will work for every foot, and the arch support could be a bit higher to work perfectly for my feet, but this thing holds your foot in a nearly perfect position. Like I said, I'm obese, have to walk >10k steps daily for my weight loss program, and at the end of the day my feet can hurt bad without orthotics. These things are almost as good as my ~$300 custom orthotics, at least as far as how good my foot feels at the end of the day. As far as downsides, I suppose I'll have to replace these every few months. But the upside is they're cheap enough to get a set for each of my shoes rather than move them around as I change shoes. In the long run, I will probably spend the same amount as I would for custom ones, but I don't have to see a doctor to prescribe and fit them!

These shoe inserts cost more than the shoes I put them in but so far they have been worth every penny I paid for them. Within 2 days I went from not being able to bare weight on my left heel to being pain free! They have definitely been worth buying.

Honestly all these years I had been looking for a pair of insoles like which is brilliant in design and simply impeccable. Huge relief for my plantar fascilitis being a flat footed heavy guy. Further, the only insole that walks the talk and trust me I have tried dozens in the market so far.

Best purchase ever. Have them in a few pairs of footwear. Had plantar fasciitis on the heel of my left foot and as soon as I inserted them into my shoes it went away.
