Bad product
Very bad product, the kola nut is completed dry. Return is not accepted. I had to trash it. You cannot be selling this product knowing it's not consumable. Seller definitely blocked return because he/she knows anyone who buys the kola nut will return it. Stop selling it, remove it from the market.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to receive this item, due to some documents needed to bring them into my country. The seller was very kind in giving a refund without me having to send back the product... so my courier in Miami destroyed the product, but they did send me a picture and it is exactly what they claim it is. I am disappointed that I want able to receive the product, but I am not faulting the seller for that! Five stars... 💫💫💫💫💫

It's good enough to understand you don't need it
It has Bitter word in the name. Not too surprisingly it tastes like a bitter, slightly astringing hard dirt. Yes, it tastes like soil and leaves bitter aftertaste. Nuts do smell moldy and likely they have to. If you take a nut out in few days it dries out and becomes rock solid. In general, it's not a not fault but I doubt anyone would take more than a half nut, so 1 pound is a bit of overkill.

Fresh!
I went with the positive reviews and ordered this. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s was delivered ahead of schedule. Not even one nut was bad. All of them fresh, great flavor. Just pricey so I was happy with the free delivery. I will be purchasing again.
