I used an entire packet to mix and patch a spall on just the surface coating of my driveway (patch was about 2' x2' x 1/2"... quite small). The surface coating is a decorative sienna color (like the pigment). I mixed the entire packet of pigment in with the small amount of concrete patch compound and the pigment basically vanished. I had to hurry before the concrete set, so I grabbed few handfuls of raw Texas red dirt from the yard to mix in as well and that got it a bit closer.Anyway, if you need bold/deep color, you're going to want a LOT of these pigment packets.
