I’m a 77 year old male in reasonably good shape and one of the reasons I am is because I use this Aikotoo Petal Resistance Band pretty much whenever I’m watching TV. It’s absolutely easy just to grab it and do some leg and abdomen exercises. After using this elastic band since February 2021, I received a second band today as both a back up and for use on the second floor of my house. I’ve looked on Amazon before and discovered other bands but this band seems to have a hidden advantage the others may not have. The advantage is that while the company advertises that the band offers a 100 lbs of resistance, I really think it offers more then that because if you want to you can shorten the distance of the elastic band by simply rolling it up around the handle. I’ve been doing this as my stomach muscles have improved and the shorter band increases the level of resistance which is noticeable now when I’m doing my abdomen exercises. Needless to say I think this is a very accessible fun and easy way to exercise! As part of my latest order, Aikotoo included instructions on how to do Shoulder, Arm, Abdomen and Leg exercises. Now I’ll probably add the Hip exercise to my repertoire …

It'll withstand your workout, no problem. It stretches well and pulls back with no problem. But it has a couple problems. The pedals have no grip on the floor, so if you're not positioned just right, or you don't have some floors with friction, you're gonna be shifting constantly to get things back in place. The instructions could be a little clearer, as well, for those who need them, but it's a pretty easy product to just feel out.

Probably will last for a long time. The pedals don't hurt-meaning there's solid support for your feet.

I bought this to add to my normal "exercise" routine, which is basically running a few times a week and working with my 10 lb weights also a few times a week. I am officially addicted to this elastic pull rope and have been using it daily since I received it. It's easy to use and seems pretty sturdy and I do feel that it's working on my core and legs and even arms. I'm a "senior" and I recommend this for all ages!

I was very disappointed with this multifunctional exercise band. The rubber does not stretch enough—even for someone shorter in height—making many of the advertised exercises impossible to perform correctly. The foot pedals also flop around and do not stay stable, which makes it difficult to secure proper footing. Because of this, I could not safely stabilize the base of the apparatus during workouts. I exercise regularly and am very familiar with a wide range of fitness equipment. I purchased this specifically as a convenient option for travel, but unfortunately it is not functional for that purpose. If you’re considering a similar product, make sure you choose one with enough elasticity to allow a full range of motion while still providing adequate resistance. This one does not meet those basic standards.

This item it’s a total shocker👌I love it

Just what I need. Had to send the cheap one back as too light. This one is perfect and good quality. If the paddles were made of a softer material would be perfect.
