Alpha Betic Multivitamin Plus Extended Energy 30 tablets

My husband swears by these pills. He is 58 and has a very active job. His severe sleep apnea keeps him from getting enough rest at night. These give him energy and are part of my arsenal to control his blood sugar. I also use Ubiquinol 100 mg, 400 mg of magnesium and 1500 mg of berberine. Has kept him borderline to normal go three years without modifying his diet. However, I recommend a modified diet, avoiding white foods and restricting dark colored starches. Diabetes is reversible. I know because by making theses diet changes and through faith and the power of Jesus, I am free from diabetes. It wasn't easy. It wasn't magic. It wasn't overnight. I prayed a lot, especially for strength. Now, I can eat whatever I want, but I still limit my sugars and starches.

Great for diabetics

A must for any diabetic, especially now as all our food is speed grown, meaning less vitamins & minerals in it. We need vitamins & minerals to survive.

I've been taking them pretty consistently for 2 or 3 months and for the first time in my life I have strong fingernails. These vitamins haven't caused any problems or wakefulness even though I sometimes forget to take them until bedtime. Pretty large tablet if you have swallowing issues to consider.

It do not help the problem

They are fine but not sure if they are better than the other name brands though.

The product I received had a label written in a language I do not know. Definitely not English. I couldn't read the information on bottle or box.Where did this come from. A little scary not being able to read.
