After reading the negative reviews I purchased two sets to play at Galveston Mardi Gras Parade in case one stopped working. They arrived in perfect working order. The parades lasted 3 hours. I used one set for 1 1/2 hrs and then the other set for the next 1 1/2 hrs and had no problem with either set of sticks. *NOTE: These were on an Roland electronic drum set with rubber cymbals and mesh heads. Also the sticks have a slight give (because they are plastic) when swinging and hitting the drum/cymbal heads unlike wooden stick but this was a minor issue.

Not bad for my first pair of drumsticks. Absolutely love'em!

Got the green one and they light and glow on hit just as advertised. Good feel and sound.

So I am a professional drummer, and I used these for a special show.We were only doing one song.During sound check, the little screw that holds the cap on the batteries cracks off where the screw is. I took only a few hits when it happened. I had to use duct tape to hold it back on. Which I put on both just to be safe. Overall, the sticks are for show.The feel is a little odd.But you get used to it.And the light is cool. If they stayed on all the time, that was something I would have liked, but on video, they do look good.

Bought these for my son. He LOVED them so much he opened the package and played for 20 minutes straight on his electric drums!

We just ordered a set of Rockstix for my son's friend because my son has enjoyed them so much. They are sturdy and continue to light up every time they're used just as well as the first day we got them. They make drumming even more fun than it already is. Sometimes when my son jas friends over they all like to play with them. I highly recommend them!

Got these for my dad at Christmas. He is a drummer and has used them during a few sets. Though they probably couldn't handle being used the whole night they were really cool to see lit up!!

I bought these in different colors for my snare and quad players to use storing a nighttime parade and within 40 minutes they stopped lighting up. I'll try replacing the batteries to see if they're worth saving for that parade next year or if they're beyond repair. I know marching band drummers play harder and more continuously than a drumset player, but I was disappointed that these didn't last because my kids were so excited when they first started using them and they looked really cool at night.

I bought two pairs of these and when it came time to replace batteries I ended up breaking 3 of the sticks simply by putting batteries in and out Design is terrible, I won’t be buying again

These are fun...tips make it hard to roll smoothly but my son thought they still had a great fun factor for fooling around
