They make a noticeable difference
Being in menopause for nearly 20 years and currently taking hrt products for 14 years I recently noted joint and bones aches. I did research and thought I'd try these along with vitamins and zinc dissolvable tablets. I stopped having the dissolvable tablets and the oestrocare tablets for 5 weeks. I've recently experienced all the aches and pains again so I've just restarted the vitamins and zinc tablets along with oestocare tablets so I can vouch that these tablets work because I ache in the mornings again. Amazon is the best price

A Compact Solution for Bone Health!
After finding these calcium magnesium supplements with positive reviews, I decided to give them a shot. It's only been a week, but they seem promising for my calcium intake. The tablets, though a bit large, are manageable when broken in half. They also contribute to relaxation and better sleep. Surprisingly, despite their size, these have become my preferred calcium magnesium supplements.
