Very comfortable and helpful after surgery This pillow was a lifesaver during my recovery after surgery. It provides great support and helps reduce pressure when sitting, making it much more comfortable to rest or sit for longer periods. The material is soft but firm enough to offer proper support, and it keeps its shape well. I highly recommend it for anyone recovering from a BBL or similar surgery. It truly makes a difference.

It is OK
I am recovering from a BBL and use this in the car. It’s ok- balancing isn’t easy and it’s cumbersome to use, but I’m able to drive with this, so it’s worth it.

Unfortunately, I returned. This item. I purchased way better quality for cheaper price. I was not expecting for half of the pillow to be made out of like a cardboard, hard material and only the top part where you sit is foam if you think about it and you're recovering from surgery. The last thing you want is cardboard digging to the back of your thighs. It's already uncomfortable to sit on a BBL pillow. Would not recommend this one.

Sorry I read a lot of reviews saying that this cuts since your legs and I don’t know what they’re talking about because I’m 210 pounds and just had a BBL on 3 March and this is my second pillow I purchased the first one was way too squishy and did not support my weight this one keeps my butt from hitting the seat in my car, it’s memory foam and comfortable conforms perfectly and allows me to drive and sit comfortably without my bottom touching… It does not squish down, or lose it shape as some of the reviews say and does not cut into the lakes and to be honest I’d prefer it to be firmer than to squishy and mess up my results so this one is it ladies !
