The only thing to remove old caulk!
This is a great solvent for all items listed. It is all I use to remove old caulk and adhesives. Works like a charm. Spray on, wait just minutes and scrape off!

Took mastic off like nobodyโs business
I dared to remove mastic adhesive on my stairs by sanding and that was taking ages. So I figured goo-gone worked but I didnโt have much of it. I looked around on Amazon and came across this brand. Love the fact that itโs not toxic and could be used indoors. The strategy I used, I sprayed generously and covered the each step with a moist rag/ towel. If you donโt cover it will just dry. After 30 min- 1 hrs, without lifting that towel, I would start rubbing the step and raisers- and towel would essentially begin to wipe off the adhesive. Yes, I said wipe. lol it was brilliant. Of course, tougher areas needed some pressure, elbow grease, and maybe some scrubbing tools but it most certainly did the trick. I worked two steps at the time. A total of 13 steps and I used one bottle. The tricky part was to do the raisers. Those are vertical and the product drips. I wonder if I can tape up a towel to each and see if that works. UPDATE: spraying raisers worked okay. Fortunately it didnโt have as must mastic as the stairs themselves. I was able to wipe most of it off. Some people suggested adding corn starch and create a paste. I didnโt attempt that.

Grout residue did come off but I had to work at it which included using a scraper
Used to clean floor tile in a new house. Grout and residue all over the floor. This stuff works, but it took some work to get it off. I don't think anything else would have been better. We tried scraping it, using a razor blade, scrubbing, but nothing else worked.

Works very well and removes even the most stubborn stains
This is a little bit more costly than other similar products, but works incredibly well and is better than most namebrand/like products. The back of the label indicates how to use and if those instructions are followed it is a very easy product to use and navigate. For me, it has removed even the most stubborn of stains, including tar. There is a fragrance to it however, itโs about the same as other like products. Stain and residue removal is efficient with this product. it is highly recommended.(This is my honest review/opinion, so i hope that you found this information helpful or insightfulโฆ๐๐๐๐๐)

Sticky substance remover
Paid a lot for this product and I didn't do the job. I bought another kind and it worked much better and it was even cheaper

It works!
I used this to strip silicone roof coat that I had used to patch over a section of the original aluminum roof coat. The silicone was about 7 years old. The Contractors Solvent softened up the silicone (just like paint stripper does with paint) without damaging the aluminum roof coat or the mod bit roofing material. I left it on for about an hour. The silicone was about 1/16" thick. The heavier spots needed 2 applications.Only complaint is that both sprayer nozzles (I bought the 2-pk) broke before dispensing 15% or the product. I ran out to buy a cheap pump sprayer bottle at the local garden center, and emptied both bottles into it to finish the job. Since this was the only product I could find that worked for my situation, I'm not dinging it for the cheap spray bottles.

I used this on my bathtub and it worked great!!! Just spray it on, let set for 5 mins. I used a dobie to wipe it down and then sprayed down with water.
