Great quality cups
Despite Amazon showing my cups as still in transit, my cups arrived next day. This are our everyday cups in the office and a good sturdy cup for our hot drinks. :)

The person who delivered the cups could not follow instructions. He refused at first to take them to the loading dock in order for them to be processed. He was argumentative and rude. the cups are great; but, I hope I never see this person again.

Styrofoam is getting thinner
We will continue to order from Dart, but the styrofoam seems to be thinner and the cups are squishier.
