Are the soles slick? From pictures, the shoes dont look like they would have much traction at all. Are they worth buying?

I’ve been using these for 2 years now & haven’t had any slip or falls. I work at a resort with many water feature’s that leaves the entire area slippery & wet from water, suntan lotion, food & drink spills, algae, mold, etc. I’ve worked at 2 beach resorts for over 30 years & best non slip shoes I’ve had.
