Works as designed.
This was purchased to use with a screw extraction set that didn't come with a handle (!!!).Worked as I hoped and got the job done with no difficulty. Sturdy and well built.Worth buying a respected brand name.

Does not fit M10 but is well built
It is a really well built handle and feels solid. I used it to chase some existing threads and get the rust out. It did the job well. However I can't give it 5 stars because it does not fit a M10 tap. Another reviewer noted this. I had to bend the prongs a little to get it to go into the tool, and then the lock nut would not tighten down. However I still managed to use it to get the job done. When I purchase smaller taps in the future, this should work great.

Great handle
I bought this after getting frustrated with the basic die handle that came with a cheap Harbor Freight set. After nearly impaling my hand in dies because the HF die handle couldn't hold onto them, I decided to buy this Bosch one. It worked amazing and held the die securely.

Easy enough for a clown like me to use.
Seriously, I haven't done any tool or machine work since high school shop class. This tap handle (along with tap and matched drill bit) makes it a piece of cake. I just used WD-40 liberally for both drilling the pilot hole, and tapping the threads. I would do 1.5-2 turns, back out, add more WD-40 and repeat until I reached the desired depth.I got this to fabricate a knife handle pommel for an old WW2 navy blad I'm restoring.

Compatible size range does not go down to M4-0.7
Nice tap handle, especially for the money, but I couldn't use it. Needed it for an M4-0.7 tap, & that size tap is just a bit too small for this handle to grip. Would prob. work fine for taps larger than that. Nice enough though, so I'm not sending it back.

Worked great. Tapped easily over 100 holes. Wear leather gloves to prevent blisters as its not exactly meant to do 100 holes in a day

Doesn't fit 5mm tap
Doesn't hold a 5mm tap even though it claims to support up to 1/4" which would be 6.35mm.
