What size do I need to order for size 14 ?

If you are a true 14 you want medium.

Are they made in small?

Hi MW, I believe they are just in large or medium but small are available in some of the other styles.

are they chemical and scent free?

They are scent free. As far as I know they are also chemical free but it is not something I have ever checked.
