I was somewhat reluctant to purchase this carpet cord cover as one of the rooms I needed to use it in had a higher-pile, more luxurious, and more patterned kind of office-carpet than the usual (very low pile) office carpet. The simple Velcro-like system works brilliantly. The fabric cord cover is strong and sturdy but thin, contributing to a very low profile / low tripping hazard. It's incredibly easy to install, adjust, uninstall, and reuse. The product vastly exceeded my expectations and is a perfect fit for us. I used this in conjunction with a new flat HDMI to HDMI cord to connect a large monitor to a laptop in a large conference room... wanting to eliminate the tripping hazard caused by a large HDMI cable resting on the carpet. It's wonderful to have a well-fitting and low profile cord cover that does not use adhesive and leave a sticky mess on the carpet when it's uninstalled. Do keep in mind that this is not for use on home carpeting. It should work on flat to lightly textured carpet with tight and densely packed loops. Those loops function as the "loops" in this Velcro-like connection. The strips on either side of this carpet cord cover functions as the "hooks" in this Velcro-like system.

I bought these to cover some wires on the ground on carpet, since it was no option to run them on the wall or ceiling. they worked amazingly wonderful on carpet to avoid anyone's feet from getting trip on wires. Since I installed it., every week I check to see if they dethatched, but they remain firmly in place. I highly recommend this to any one that the only option you have is to run wires on the ground, but I think some carpet design they might not work.

Delivered on time but product is way to weak to hold for the carpet in my apartment (regular carpet no fuzzy or anything special) It came cut in different lengths, some random pieces are smaller NOT 4 inches as it’s supposed to be and one of the rolls have hairs stuck in the Velcro I wish I can return it but my husband threw it away before I came home from work

My home theater system has no wireless speakers (yet) and the cable's running over the indoor/outdoor self stick carpeting are a trip hazard. This product now covers them securely and shows only the height of the 16-gauge speaker cable and flat ethernet cable for other equipment we barely feel when walked upon without footwear. I first unrolled the tape in the length I needed to put on the carpet and placed it on the wire and was unhappy with the placement. I pulled on the tape to reposition it and the carpet came unstuck from the floor! It will stick to cotton socks too so make sure any small cut pieces don't 'hook' a ride. I found it was easier to install while leaving the hook tape rolled and starting from one end while guiding the wire in the center channel while unrolling the tape until it was in place. I do not know how strong a suction your vacuum cleaner has but I can say my Hoovers brushroll does not even curl the edge of this cord cover.

I wasn't sure if it would work on the carpet where I need it. After I received it, I tested it on a couple of rugs at home and it didn't work at all. But when I used it at the placed where I needed it, everything worked great. It was very easy to set up, worked great, and came off easily without ruining the carpet.

This is a very good quality strong cable cover, but you need to have the right type of the carpet! All office type of carpets work, you better google this stuff if you're unsure. I've bought this very product several times and tested it thoroughly - it holds well.

Sehr coole Lösung! Das Klett hält sehr gut und die Kabel sind keine Stolperfalle mehr. Weiterhin kann der "Kabelkanal" danach problemlos entfernt werden, ohne dass man Klebereste auf dem Teppich hinterlässt. Es passen so ca. 4 Kabel unter das Klettband.
