Worked like a charm for my automotive needs and as advertised. I just wish you didn't have to buy a pack of 10 and had the option of buying a much lesser quantity. I guess I'll hold onto the extras as spares, just in case they wind up not being durable. Only time will tell...

These worked perfect for LED lights I installed under a counter where shelves are too dark to find anything. Just put the switch inline with the power to the lights and mount it in the door frame so the switch is pressed when the door is closed. I used strong double sided tape to mount this switch to the frame. Worked perfectly.

These little switches are very good. They produce a very distinct click when activated, which makes it easy to position them properly and likely ensures good internal mechanical and electrical contact. These switches are not very rugged, and I would not expose them unprotected to a harsh environment where they could be physically hit. They are, however, excellent switches for many DIY projects and are a great value.

a little confuzing at first.. one of the prongs is for the ground in think and the other ons are for wether you want your motor, lights or what ever on when the switch is engaged (pushed in) or not

I used a couple of these switches to activate a LED tape setup I created for a couple of closets that had no light and no power access. I used the LED tape on the inside of the door frame connected to a 3 battery pack (18650) and this switch nailed to the door frame where the door closing impacted the frame in the closed position. The switch gives an option for on open or on closed connections. The light comes on when the door is opened and goes off when the door is closed. I also replaced one of the contact switches inside my microwave that turns off the fan when the door is closed. (it was running when it shouldn't have been). Great product.

These are great little switches. The little wheel spins well, and the switch mechanism is nice and clicky, they seem very well built despite being some of the least expensive switches on Amazon. Good value. I'm using these for a small winding machine, they fit perfectly into my 3D printed frame. During testing I did smash into one with the machine's carriage and loosen the little metal arm
