Accurate thermometer

Bought this to replace cheaper ones I have for my home brewing. I wanted a more accurate thermometer that would last and I see a lot of brewers using this. I thought it was backlit but it's not and it also only does centigrade - not a big issue but it would have been useful hence 4 stars.
