NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Born To Glow Naturally Radiant Foundation, Medium Coverage - Almond

I'm in my early thirties, have generally awful skin, and have always wanted to have "glowy" skin like the makeup influencers ten years younger than me. I've tried so many mid-range foundation brands that cost four times this foundation like Urban Decay, Nars, Smashbox, Bare Minerals, you name it. I've been rebuilding my makeup routine since I have less disposable income these days (yay, inflation!) and I am SO GLAD because this is my new holy Grail foundation. Nothing-- nothing!-- gives me the coverage and luminosity that this foundation gives me. I'm used to full coverage that makes me look cakey or medium coverage that lets too much of my skin imperfections show, but this strikes a nice balance with a beautiful coverage that is matte with soft a diffused shine that makes me feel like a princess. I finally have the base I have been wanting all this time, and at a fraction of the cost I've been spending on more expensive brands. I love this foundation!!! Get it!!! It's great!!!

This foundation is great for a natural look when you want to cover up blemishes and even your skintone without a heavy makeup appearance. Very lightweight, but more coverage than a skin tint. The radiant finish makes for a dewy look that adds to the natural appearance. It does require a setting powder or spray if you want it to last throughout the day. This foundation is a staple for me, and I use it almost everyday when I work from home.

Nice lightweight and not greasy. Blends pretty well. Color is a little to red but overall, a great product!

I’m not a big make up wearer as it typically settles in creases and irritates my skin but I bought this a year ago and I love it. Very natural but just gives you that even skin tone. You only need a tiny bit as it goes far. Color seems to adjust to skin tone whether I have a tan or it’s winter.

Obsessed with this foundation, especially because of the color. It is a very yellow tone and I’ve tried endlessly to try to match it in more expensive brands and I have not been able to. I really hope this does not go out of stock ever, but I’ve noticed I don’t think they make it anymore. This color is irreplaceable and someone needs to keep the production going. It’s great stuff. I put it over my foundation typically because I love the color so much but it works great on on its own and is quite full coverage for seemingly such a liquid consistency. I’m obsessed with this color and Foundation. I hope they don’t get rid of it.

This foundation was one of the first to come up when I searched “lightweight foundation”. To me, it’s not lightweight at all. (Full disclosure: I usually wear tinted moisturizer/bb/cc creams though). Still, i would characterize this more as a medium coverage foundation. So I started mixing it with a moisturizer or primer and it’s fine that way. The color is also much lighter than the swatch in the product pictures. I ordered the medium olive and the pic looked like it would match my summer olive complexion. However, it actually ended up working for my winter olive complexion once my tan was gone. It’s fine, I’ll use it, but probably wouldn’t order again.

My favorite! I used to use Mac all nighter and when they discontinued it I desperately tried every foundation out there - this one is right on par with the ones that cost $50

As someone who has to do a multi-step skin prep before putting on foundations because my skin is super dry, I hate when foundations still cling on to those ugly dry patches. This foundation does not do this as much as the other foundations I have tried does this. I am a deeper toned African-American woman, and this foundation (Cocoa) matched my skin tone beautifully with only a little adjustment needed for discolorations around my lower face. However, this foundation does not hold up against humid Georgia weather but it also did not have me looking like a oil slick. I believe because my skin is naturally dry, as this foundation started to wear down I looked more dewy than oily, so people with oily skin might want to powder more or avoid this radiant foundation. It transferred a little but the next time I wear it, I will wear more powder with it. I love this foundation! I want to buy 3 more tubes!

I like it so much I took the cappuccino color and it perfect for my skin color .The coverage is medium and it very glowy as the title says .I recommend it
