I have the spiritually evolved projection all the time. A second is the delivering power in your strikes using this power generation of folding the hips or jerking them in certian pattern. I develop this super powerful punch totally on my own with my own secret training I developed on my own. How surprised was I when the author started to explain exactly what I do during the strike. I was shocked to say the least. I am so happy I bought this book. I would pay well over a $1000 for it. This is high level and very accurate information. Be prepared though this is very high level information. I could write a book on just 1 page alone. Review: The detail and understanding of the process as detailed in the book are excellent. I would recommend d this book to any current or aspiring nei dan practitioner.
