No, made in China and distributed in the USA by Sears Brand Management Corporation is how the package reads. It does say Lifetime Warranty on the package as well.

Craftsman branded tools still carry a lifetime warranty. This includes the Craftsman made by Sears and Stanley Black & Decker. If you are unable to visit the location of purchase, you can always call Craftsman for warranty at 888-331-4569. I have personally used their warranty service from SB&D and they remain dedicated to customer service.

What does the pocket Keychain do?

The pocket keychain driver has NO heads, repeat NONE. It has 4 blades. If you look closely, two of the blades (nearest the chain) are tapered. They're supposed to fit 2 opposing slots of a Phillips-drive ("crosshead") screw.
