Unit arrived partially bent and in the companies defense they did credit me $50 for my time to repair it. Unit has worked well until a sudden stop on the freeway caused it partially collapse. I’m an electrician and pack this with plugs, switches cover plates etc and store heavy wire underneath. There was no impact of any sort and made a full walk around of my van to show this. It’s somewhat disturbing to think what would have happened had I actually rear ended someone, cabinet would have been in my passenger seat. Company refuses to help stating it’s outside of the warranty. It’s thin metal and honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that has to carry any tools or materials of weight, spend your money elsewhere

Purchased this rack for Nissan nv200. After initially reading and putting this together it’s not exactly what the seller claims to be. I called the manufacture and had to modify the rack system accordingly to fit Nissan. This product does not fit Nissan nv200 to specs of vehicle and would not recommend purchasing. Someone at True Racks should reevaluate this rack and reengineer it to fit properly.

Shelving unit was all in good shape but the door was bent only downfall.
