I’m a Notary so I’m paid sometimes by Deluxe Check. This requires me to print a check to deposit to my account. I’ve never had a problem depositing the printed checks because I use check stock paper. I was looking for an economical paper for my business. These fit my budget and the quality was good. I recommend!

Useful even when not writing or issuing checks
I find these super useful to use as transaction receipts via ACH withdrawals. I have most of my business bills on autopay deductions from my business checking account. Or if a bill pops up that needs to be paid asap, who has time to mail a check? But… per most bookkeeping due diligence, comparison to a physical record is correct to cover your you know what in an audit. So while bank statements are great 2yrs from now I won’t remember what some abbreviated line item is connected to. Therefore I print all ACH info on check as if it’s actually being used and have stub portion for notes as to which accounts were affected making journaling transactions and finding trial balance for ledger a breeze. I make sure the checks don’t actually get numbered or have cashable numbers and signature and always void the check’s portion to avoid any chance of fraud. But I am left with a nice verifiable record for bookkeeping and in case of audit notes and a physical paper trail. Plus great deal as far as I am concerned. They also fit and print easily in my inkjet printer.

Get the right ink
Easy to use but you need the right ink or checks won't work on the machines at bank
