BOOST High Protein with Fiber Balanced Nutritional Shake, Strawberry, 24 pk

The taste is good. I have no complaints about my purchase. It’s a great supplement for me because I have a poor appetite. At my age I know that it is important for me to try and have 3 meals a day but when I’m not able I drink my boost and it helps me a lot. This doesn’t keep me from letting my physician know what I’m doing. I enjoy my boost especially trying other supplements this one suits my needs.

I started buying Boost about 2 years ago for the protein. I looked at prices and choose Boost Creamy Strawberry. I finally retired from my from my job and now I have to watch my pennies. I stopped buying Boost. About 30 years ago I had gastric bypass surgery. My stomach is still small so a bottle of Boost does satisfy me. I drink it with my moning meds to help swallow them. I swear RX drugs and supplements are so large my esophagus wants help. Recently I lost my motivation to do anything, I am not depressed, and I feel OK. I purchaseed a case of Boost and after about ten days I have my groove back. My body and brain wanted the 20 grams of protein. I am 76 years old I will continue to give my body what it wants.

I ordered it after finishing cancer treatments didn't have much of an appetite and needed something to help me get my protein. You can't beat the price . Plus they really good my. Ca orite is very vanilla but I have to say the strawberries delicious too and who wants to carry all these bottles home or pay for delivery or pay for a supermarket to deliver them .When you can get them delivered free with prime

I've been using Boost products for several years now and have tried Mocha, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and now Caramel. Miss Mocha but both the Chocolate and Vanilla are good. Strawberry isn't bad but tastes the most like artifical flavoring. The newest flavor, Caramel is actually one of the very best. not overly sweet but creamy and able to cover up any vitamin notes. I like to drink one for breakfast, 20 grams of protein provides a decent amount, more than 2 eggs and 2 stips of bacon, or a bowl of oatmeal and half a cup of milk. One of the ingredients is vegetable oil, probably as a carrier for the oil-soluable vitamins, (A, D, E), but it adds a bit more calories than I like at 250. Another positive tradeoff. no artifical sweetners so no bitter aftertaste. The price has gone up, but still rating this highly for taste, nutritional value and great portability.

Bottles are hard to twist off, good blend of nutrients.

Easy to swallow for my husband who is under hospice care.

I love to pound two of these ice cold after a night of too much imbibing when cooking can be dangerous. Delicious filling chalky goodness!

This product contains artificial sweeteners. I wish I knew this up front. I wouldn't have purchased it. Gave me a nasty migraine. I gave all of them to my brother. Only for that reason I wouldn't buy again. I should have read the label more thoroughly. Just wish it was more obvious.
