I keep expecting this to be discontinued, because everything in life I really like goes away. Yes, it's sad. It is absolutely delicious, and is so easy to use to get a quick 20 grams of protein. It's also remarkably good when you have an upset stomach, or something like the flu. It is so easy to digest and assimilate, it allows you to keep getting nutrition even when eating "real" food is difficult. I always keep some around. It is so useful, plus it's a treat to drink. Vanilla is my favorite flavor.

I've been using Boost products for several years now and have tried Mocha, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and now Caramel. Miss Mocha but both the Chocolate and Vanilla are good. Strawberry isn't bad but tastes the most like artifical flavoring. The newest flavor, Caramel is actually one of the very best. not overly sweet but creamy and able to cover up any vitamin notes. I like to drink one for breakfast, 20 grams of protein provides a decent amount, more than 2 eggs and 2 stips of bacon, or a bowl of oatmeal and half a cup of milk. One of the ingredients is vegetable oil, probably as a carrier for the oil-soluable vitamins, (A, D, E), but it adds a bit more calories than I like at 250. Another positive tradeoff. no artifical sweetners so no bitter aftertaste. The price has gone up, but still rating this highly for taste, nutritional value and great portability.

I LOVE this stuff. Does it give me energy ? I can't say. But I love the texture and taste. One little bottle of this makes a great mid-afternoon snack. My niece's husband, a very active guy, has one bottle and a bagel in the morning and he says he's good to go all morning. Plenty of energy and he doesn't get hungry.

Very smooth. Plus it contains fiber as well as higher amounts of iron than other protein drinks. Great for going through chemotherapy treatments. ALL three flavors are excellent in taste, consistency and flavor. Good for muscle building again after chemo or going into maintenance chemotherapies. Good product! Highly recommend.

These Strawberry, High Protein Drinks are pretty good. There is no chalkiness and the taste has a smooth texture. These also taste much better when refrigerated. They recommend these a a replacement for meals, but I find them to be wanting in that area unfortunately. I think they are a good snack for in between meals, or I have found that if I am suffering from nausea, these have helped.

Taste is good, not gritty. No artificial taste. I think it's a little chalky, but my kids don't. They (17, 18) take them for school snacks after PE.

Good price.

Husband loves these , they pretty much taste like a strawberry shake !
