Moi qui n'arrive pas à manger les desserts sans sucre, je suis tres content de trouver une alternative au sucre blanc et pouvoir manger de délicieux dessert sans trop se culpabiliser.

I expected a bit of bitterness, and it doesn't have it. Baked with it, in some cases, replacing even 100% of sugar. The result and the taste were good. Also used in drinks and smoothies. Adds a bit of sauer side taste. I hope it's indeed as good for health as they promise.
