These inserts are really soft and comfortable. It's great that you get a number of pairs in this set so you can use them on multiple shoes if needed. They are inexpensive but seem like they will hold up well. So far, they have fit well in any shoes I have tried to use them with. I haven't tried to stick them in with any kind of adhesive, but they do seem to stay in place in the shoes when I wear them. They cushion the toe and do just what they are supposed to do.

As a person with narrow, very flat feet that are a half size different, i find these essential! I have had a really tough time with finding affordable, cute shoes that fit me. They can be the right size but still too big or too little depending on width, shape of the toebox, or how high the instep is. Sometimes adding insoles helps, sometimes it doesn't. These have made my life so much easier. They are soft and cushiony, cloth covered, and once you get them in the right spot, you forget they are there. Or at least I do. They stay in place, and they hold up. None of mine have come apart. I find them very versatile and have them in nearly all my shoes, including sneakers, flats, and heels. Now when new shoes don't fit, I just add these and generally find they are a comfortable, quick solution, and I no longer have to shove rolled up paper towels into the toes of shoes to make them fit. These are a great price too. I have bought them 3 times now. If you have weird feet, I highly recommend these.

I have not worn the shoes out of the house; I simply applied the shoe inserts in three pairs of pumps. From what I can tell initially is the toe inserts have made the shoes fit tighter so I don't slip out of them while walking. The shoes were about 1/2 size too big. Plus, the toe inserts seemed comfortable enough when I tried them. I don't know that I will be standing or walking in these pumps for hours, but the toe inserts work well, and I'm very pleased with them for the price.

These didn’t work with my pointed toe fabric flats, too large. Would work well in shoes half a size too large. I went back to just using cotton balls.

Ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding that ended up running almost an entire size too big. Couldn’t return them, so these came in handy! Very soft and comfortable, and a great value! I think they’ll last for many wears.

These were too big for the point in my show and way too uncomfortable to my toes. I don't know how these would make a shoe more comfortable unless the shoe was 1-2 sizes larger than it should be and still the foam against your toes would be so uncomfortable.

When I initially put these in my shoes they were great and very comfortable (although I had to use two pair per shoe). But, within a couple of hours my feet were coming out of my shoes and I still had hours to go before my work day was over. I was exhausted from trying to walk with my shoe coming off. I can't send the shoes back because I have now worn them. I guess my only option is to either never wear the shoes again, or take the whole pack to work and switch them out throughout the day.

I bought a shoe that was a little big too big so I had to get toe fillers and I was surprised that these actually worked considering the price of these. Will recommend
