Sacred Chants

If you are one of those people who cannot shut down your "monkey mind", please look into anything by Tom Kenyon. Sacred Chants, in particular, is extremely soothing - perfect for meditation, yoga or, as I do, loading onto the iPad and falling asleep to. His sound therapy is life changing. Buy this. Today. "Soma" is also excellent.

I love Tom's work and this is one of my favorite. It just feels so holy to listen to this cd. The room just feels like it fills up with the energy of love. I can't say enough good things about this cd. It's a must-buy! :)

I use this for meditating. I have a powerful experience with it.

This CD would make a great soundtrack for a documentary about Soviet gulags, I find little uplifting or spiritual in this recording. There are far better chant recordings in my opinion, i.e., those by the Gyuto Monks or the Benedictine Monks.

Tom Kenyon has the voice of angels. This DVD is an amazing experience for meditation or for calming yourself. You would love it.
