Toodour Solar Wind Chime, Color Changing Wind Chimes Hummingbird

These are truly beautiful. We hang one off the mailbox in the street which makes our home easy to find. We also have them as gifts to friends - a nice gift for people who appear to have everything. I love the solar quality and colors. Easy to hang.

This is the second time I have ordered the solar light up balls. They are great. They are so pretty at night time. We love watching them change colors

I love these! This is my 3rd order for them. I hope they still light up next year. Sometimes these solar light items don't work past 1 year.

Pretty. My Mom really liked it. It is relaxing. After about a year, you need to replace the battery but that is easily done if you have a small screwdriver. It is a standard lithium AA. No problems with tangles. Battery life is longer in summer, but even in winter goes a couple of hours after dark on a sunny day. No sound or chime associated with this. The birds are at different heights and never hit each other. Visually great, but if you want chiming sounds this one is not for you! It is pretty tough. It finally met its demise in an 80 mph gust associated with a rotating mesocyclone (still no chiming sounds!). Even then only one bird broke off, but it didn't light again. The tornado touched down about a mile further east with minor damage. We were lucky. Every other tornado that day would have wiped out the house, not just the wind chime!

When I first unboxed these solar-powered wind chime balls, they were a bit tangled, so it took me about five minutes to get everything sorted out. The balls themselves feel like a silicone-styrofoam material and look a little cheaply made up close, so I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. But once nighttime came, the performance totally made up for it. The color-changing lights are beautiful and create a really calming, magical effect in my garden. I originally thought they would make noise like traditional wind chimes, but they’re silent—more of a visual decoration than an audible one. Overall, despite the initial tangling and the materials feeling a bit inexpensive, they look amazing once lit up. I’m really happy with how they brighten up the space.

I’ve had the plastic ball lights for 1 month now & the longest ball no longer lights up & the plastic is starting to discolor from where it’s hung from. Not so visually appealing during the day, but pretty at night and no, there is no “wind chime” sound.

Update: July 9, 2021: I have posted the return, but the post office did not scan it for some reason for tracking purposes. UPDATE June 30. After this review, customer service reached out to me to replace this item for me. As stated in my review, when these lights work, they are beautiful. The light is so soft and beautiful and hung my bedroom they set a tone of peace and relaxation. I am grateful for the company reaching out to me to help fix this flaw, and I'm really looking forward to the replacement. Original review: They worked two nights, then stopped. So I replaced the battery, worked one night for a couple of hours then stopped. soooooooo disappointed as they looked beautiful when working. It must be some flaw in the recharging. UPDATED: I HAVE RETURNED THIS ITEM, BUT FOR SOME REASON, THE POST OFFICE IS NOT TRACKING IT, AND I CAN'T FIND A WAY TO CONTACT THE SELLER.

I have mixed feelings about these lights. I bought them and hung them outside but it was early spring so they didn't get much strong sunlight so they colors were not very bright or varied. after a week one string popped out so I had to unscrew the top and reattach the string with glue. once the days got longer and the sunshine stronger the lights got brighter and more varied.
