I've been using Seeking Health B12 tablets for over a year and have had good results from it. When I could not find my regular brand of Vitamin D3+K2 anymore, I decided to try Seeking Health for this supplement, too. So far, so good, the dosage, pill size, and ease of use is comparable with the other brand. My deciding factor actually came from finding out that this Seeking Health product pairs the same amount of vitamin D3 with more than twice as much MK-7, which better lines up with the dosages commonly studied for supporting bone and cardiovascular health. Seeking Health also uses high-quality raw ingredients and has an excellent reputation for the purity of its products, with little to no side effects.

Hi quality and reasonably priced.

The Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement was suggested to me by a nutritionist. The combination of 5000 IU of D3 and 100 mcg of K2 is effective for optimal calcium absorption, supporting bone health. I appreciate the potency of the formula, and the small, easy-to-swallow capsules make it convenient for daily use. However, I'm not 100% certain it is working any better than other brands I've used (esp considering the price). A solid four-star rating for its small size and convenience. I wish I knew for certain if it was any better than the others and worth the hype. W/ all the controversy about knock off supplements on Amazon, I'm leery these days more so than ever.
