Has anyone noticed a difference in the stickiness of different colors? I bought the orange and it's coming off before I even begin my run!

Hi Tilly, the adhesive strength should be exactly the same from color to color as long as you're comparing tape within either our Pro or Cotton families. Rather than the color causing the adhesive difference, you might have received a bad roll from somewhere. I am almost crying out in pain while removing them! Is there any cream or something that we can use to ease the pain while removing the tape?

Great question! And we're sorry to hear that you were having some difficulties removing the tape. In this case, I'd recommend applying baby oil, coconut oil, or anything similar to the tape before removing it. This will help it remove much easier! Does this really help with peroneal tendontis?

YES!!! I live in AZ, hike 4-6 days per week…until summer gets too hot. when I resume hiking in autumn, the peroneal tendons in both my feet kill me. (the left ankle was damaged in a car accident, I think the right one flares when it compensates.) I watch a video reminding me how to KT tape the area, and viola! problem solved.

Is this tape hypoallergenic? I see it is latex free which is good but what about the adhesive?

I don’t have sensitive skin usually but I also had a reaction to the adhesive. Red rash with severe itching and red bumps after 2-3 days. Bad enough that I cannot keep using it. Sad because it’s a great tape otherwise
