today ( 2/19/2020 ) is my second day taking this and so far I feel great. I have a low ejection fraction and congestive heart failure and fatigue is my constant companion. I usually feel lethargic most of the time, but this makes a whole lotta difference. I feel physically and mentally great. No more mental fog. I usually train with weights and know the importance of Arginine, its usually an ingredient in preworkout, but I only take it on days I go to the gym ( 3 days )..but taking it everyday makes a huge difference in my sense of well being. I wish it wasn't so expensive but I intend to continue taking this. I hope it also unclogs some blockages I have and won't have to do surgery.

I have a 70% blockage and LDL was 220 at a fairly young age.. i have heart failure im told.. Dr wanted to put me on entresto and rosuvastatins. Both have similar side effects.. liver and kidney issues, diabetes... big pharm knows I'd be back for more pills, tests & injections down the road if I take this route.
