The taste isn't for me but better with some honey. if you like herby tea give its try but I'm not buying it again! I can't really comment if it helps colds - time mostly does that!

Delicious
Probably the nicest herbal tea I have ever tried - good flavour, not wishy-washy bor bland at all. Whether it has boosted my immune system I cannot say, but certainly made me feel soothed and more comfortable during a recent nasty bout of influenza. I have re-ordered, I must not run out of this stuff! :)

Always keep these in my cupboard
I wouldn’t be without a stock of these and have them on subscription. I’ve found that one of these brews has a noticeable effect on how I feel if I’ve been struck by seasonal lurgy or even if I’m feeling run down and rough. I’ve put friends onto them too after being asked what the lovely smelling blend I’m drinking was! I like that you can reuse a tea bag for a second drink but I tend to stick one in a massive mug.
