Nostrilla Nasal Spray, 0.50 Fl Oz, Relieves Nasal Congestion Due to Common Colds, Hay Fever & Allergies

Ive tried steroids w/o ANY success, they simply dont work. I created a small spacer to allow the plunger to only depress about 25% of its stroke which opens me up at bedtime but doesnt burn my nose to toast. I never need more during the day now. I do this 1x/day at bedtime with no significant discomfort, pain or congestion from "rebound". When pharma actually comes up with an effective product, I'll use it

Literally the best nasal spray I have ever found. It clears me up instantly and lasts for hours. Better even than Prescription sprays. The only negative is that some of the bottles occasionally leak in transit

I’ve been buying this nasal spray for quite some time. Recently, like one the past couple months I’ve had to throw away 5 of these items brand new. There seems to be a piece of plastic(?) that breaks immediately while priming rendering a full bottle useless. 🤧

I don't know what I would do without Nostrilla. It is the best nasal decongestant that I've ever tried. I have horrible allergic rhinitis , my nasal passages just close up when the pollen is in full bloom. This nasal decongestant immediately opens the passages and they remain open for long periods of time. I've been using this decongestant for a long time (when allergens are at the worse) and I have no long term side effects, none of that "addicting" claims. It works better than any prescription nasal decongestant that I've tried and I've tried many, big time pollen allergy sufferer.

Do not use for more than 3 days. If you use oxymetazoline nasal spray for more often or for longer than the recommended period of time, your congestion may get worse or may improve but come back. I only use occasionally. This old man has had a lot of sinus issues since I quit smoking 2 and a half yeas ago, makes wish I has succeeded in my quit smoking attempts decades earlier as perhaps the sinus issues would have perhaps not been as severe. This works for me , too bad it should not be used for longer than 3 days.

I do have the two little "notches" lined up correctly. Be sure you always do that first. However, my pump still won't work consistently. Which makes it hard to tell whether I actually got a shot of the medicine or not. I am having a rather severe post-nasal drip from allergens, with a very bothersome cough & hoarseness. I will probably order another bottle to see if it's any better at pumping. I also find twisting and removing the lid difficult, too, but maybe it comes easier with practice. I wish they would just make an easier pump and lid, like Nasalcrom has. (Nasalcrom gives a milder, non-steroidal, relief.)

I always keep this in stock at home. Anytime someone in the house gets congested we use this and can breath for about 10 hours. It is a twice a day. I use it right before bed so I can breathe through the night when my allergies have me congested. Once I spray it I wait at least 30-60seconds before blowing my nose then it is clear!

Great product…works quickly and long lasting.
